Dr. Lastihenos is a board-certified
orthopedic surgeon who has been
practicing in the Bay Shore area for
over 10 years.  He completed his
medical studies at New York State
University and went on to internship
and residency training at Long Island
Jewish Hospital in New Hyde Park.  
He received further subspecialty
training at Lenox Hill Hospital in
Manhattan and has been a team
physician for the New York Jets. His
interests include sports medicine and
